NO Room Charges with food events*

Space will be provided at the discretion of Anastasia Mansion and based on the count of guests that plan to attend.

The duration of all events is three hours.  Additional  time  may  be available and extended at a $75 per hour rate.  

A 25 person minimum is needed for Sunday events.

*If you desire additional space the mansion will be pleased to provide added rooms at the following rates.

The Angel Room $100, The Rose Room $75, The Oak Room $75

 

There is no charge to have your wedding ceremony at the Mansion when you are combining our banquet service.

We do offer the Mansion for Ceremonies without banquet service for $300.

Customize your breakfast buffet to compliment any event. All breakfasts include orange juice, freshly brewed coffee and decaf, herbal and non-herbal teas. Also includes mini muffins and assorted bagels. Make your choices from the following:

Anastasia Mansion provides rental items to assist you with all the items “you” may be bringing to your event. Items that are not part of the Mansion’s tasks such as wedding cakes, beer, wine & liquor. The Mansion will rent bar items; bar glass, cake plates, flatware etc.  You will also find items that you may wish to use to enhance your party. NOTE that disposable serving and beverage ware are not permitted. Also please note that confetti, stickers and tape are prohibited and will be subject to a clean-up charge when used.
